Services & Fees
A consulting-first approach that helps providers secure suitable rental properties faster.
What we do
Support Housing Network helps providers secure rental approvals by improving readiness and strengthening how they are presented to agents and landlords.
We focus on preparation, clarity, and introductions — not property listings.
Our role is to help you apply clearly, move faster, and repeat what works.

We offer a small number of engagement pathways, depending on your timeline and the number of properties you need.
These are explained in the provider webinar and confirmed in writing.
What we deliver
Depending on your engagement, you can expect:
a clear property criteria profile per program type
a professional, repeatable provider application pack
clear contacts, escalation process, and maintenance approach
a targeted agency shortlist aligned to your regions
warm introductions with clear next steps
a simple weekly housing cadence for inspections, submissions, and follow-up
Clear boundaries.
To keep the model clear and compliant:
SHN is a consulting and referral partner
SHN is not a real estate agency or property manager
SHN does not submit applications, negotiate lease terms, collect rent or bond, or sign leases
all leases remain strictly between the Provider and the licensed real estate agent or landlord
Our fees
To align fees with outcomes, we only charge when both occur:
the Provider receives written approval from the landlord or agent, and
the lease documentation is received by the Provider
Fee details are confirmed in your proposal and service agreement.
