SHN provides consulting, readiness and introductions to help housing and care providers secure suitable rental properties more efficiently.

Important role clarification: SHN is not a real estate agent, buyer’s agent, leasing agent or property manager. SHN does not submit tenancy applications, negotiate lease terms, collect rent/bond, operate trust accounts, or sign leases on behalf of providers. Any tenancy/lease arrangements are entered into directly between the provider and the licensed agent/landlord.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Rental approvals and property availability depend on third parties and market conditions. While SHN aims to improve readiness and speed, we do not guarantee approvals, property availability, or specific timeframes unless agreed in writing.

3. Use of the Site

You agree that you will:

  • Use the Site lawfully and not in a way that disrupts, damages or interferes with the Site

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or systems
